Jonesboro is a college town to Arkansas State University, and is the largest city in Northeastern Arkansas. It is the 5th largest city in the state. Jonesboro is located in Craighead County Arkansas.

Jonesboro is a regional center for manufacturing, medicine, education and trade. Our motto is People, Pride, Progress, and that is true for our dealership as well! In 1859 Craighead County was formed, and Jonesboro was the original county seat and later Lake City was named as the second seat. Jonesboro was named after State Senator William A. Jones in recognition of his support in the legislature for the formation of the County.

The Grand Leader department store was the first department store to be opened in 1900. Arkansas State College, now Aransas State University, was established in 1909 and the first horseless carriages were seen in the city that same year. The two oldest churches still in the city today, were started in the 1910s. Alive after 5 takes place in Jonesboro in our downtown area which transforms into an open-air festival. There's a farmer's market, events for the kids, live music, a free movie screening and more!
